Handmade in our Italian caramelising pans and coated the traditional way with a smooth dark chocolate. It’s a small batch process requiring skill and experience but definitely worth the time and effort involved!
We bake cashews, almonds and peanuts, add a pinch of sea salt and mix with dark chocolate coated cranberries. It’s a winning combination – the savoury crunch of the nuts with the tartness of the chocolate cranberries
